Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ShopNPlay (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to transact on the Platform.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse Platform features.

Boss Coins are loyalty reward points earned by playing free games, completing missions, and shopping. Boss Coins are not legal tender, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for money. They may be used for eligible discounts, competition entries, and in-app perks, and may expire or be adjusted as described in-app.

Your GMPay Wallet holds real funds used for purchases and payouts, and is operated through our payments partner. Wallet balances, top-ups, and cash-outs are subject to verification and applicable limits.

Prices, availability, and prize details are shown at the time of purchase or entry. Marketplace payments may be held in escrow and released to the seller after you receive and confirm the item.

Competitions and lucky draws are entered using Boss Coins, not cash. Winners are determined as described on each competition’s page. Auction bids are binding; a bid you place may be held against your balance and refunded if you are outbid.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the legality of items offered, timely fulfillment, and compliance with applicable law. We may review, remove, or restrict listings and may require verification (KYC) before enabling selling or payouts.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by: attempting to manipulate games, competitions, or leaderboards; using bots or automation to gain rewards; posting unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or interfering with the Platform’s operation or security.

We may remove content and take action against accounts that breach these rules.

The Platform, its branding, mascots, and original content are owned by ShopNPlay or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without permission. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
